Bird & Bird reports the Danish Parliament passed the Danish Data Protection Act, replacing the Danish Personal Data Processing Act. The measure outlines fines to public authorities, processing personal data as part of HR administration, the disclosure of personal data for marketing purposes, and the exception to the duty of disclosure and the right of access, among others.
