U.K. Information Commissioner’s Office Deputy Commissioner for Operations James Dipple-Johnstone outlined the agency’s new regulatory powers ahead of both the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Bill. Dipple-Johnstone explains the ICO’s role as the agency released its updated Regulatory Action Policy, which is out for consultation.
